At Least It’s Not the 2002 World Series I Guess?

Giants beat the Braves tonight, another 3-2 victory in which the Braves failed to score A Run past the 6th inning. It was the end of Bobby Cox’s long, storied (and oft-criticized) career. The Giants now move on to the National League Championship Series to face the Phillies.

I’ve thought long and hard about this and there’s no real winner in this one for us Dodger fans.

Couple that with the Yankees still being in it and that the winner of the Rays-Rangers series will go into the ALCS minus a start from their best pitcher and this has horrible outcome written all over it.

Is it best to walk away from baseball right now? Or will we Dodger fans continue to watch the trainwreck?

All I know is a Giants World Series championship would be the cherry on top of this turd sandwich year.

They are going to get ROLLLLLLED! The Giant fans will be their same old arrogant selves despite not having won one since moving west, but in a week they will eating a slice of humble pie.
